Empowering Healthy Lives
We improve health outcomes by promoting health education, disease prevention, and access to essential health services among underserved communities.
AFCO UGANDA works to improve health outcomes among underserved populations by promoting health education, disease prevention, and equitable access to essential health services, enabling individuals and communities to live healthier and more productive lives.
The Health Challenges
A 2026 MEDIA BRIEF: Uganda`s Minister of Health Dr. Chris Baryomunsi highlights the Double Disease Burden in Uganda.
Across Uganda, many communities continue to face preventable health challenges driven by limited access to health information, inadequate health services, poverty, and health inequities. These challenges disproportionately affect children, youth, women, and underserved populations, limiting their ability to live healthy and productive lives.

Through Amare Health, we implement community-centered interventions that promote healthy behaviors, strengthen health awareness, and expand access to essential health services.
