We believe that every young person possesses unique gifts and abilities that, when discovered and developed, can transform lives, strengthen communities, and contribute to sustainable development.
The Talent Challenge
In Uganda, many young people face significant barriers to realizing their talents and aspirations, including limited access to mentorship, leadership development opportunities, skills training, career guidance, and platforms to showcase their abilities.
As a result, countless talents remain undiscovered or underdeveloped, contributing to youth unemployment, low civic engagement, and missed opportunities for community transformation.
Our Response
We intentionally search and invest in young people`s potential, so that communities do not risk losing future leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and role models.
AFCO UGANDA provides pathway for Self-discovery, Growth and Leadership through identifying emerging talents, nurturing leadership abilities, strengthening practical skills, and connecting young people with opportunities that enable them to achieve their aspirations.
