Dr. Proscovia Adyango,

Health Program Advisor

Dr. Proscovia Adyango is a dedicated public health professional, educator, and advocate with more than 15 years of experience in health service delivery, health systems strengthening, and community health development in Uganda.

Throughout her career, she has worked across clinical, academic, and public health settings, contributing to improved health outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. She is particularly passionate about Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH), recognizing that investing in the health and wellbeing of mothers and children is essential for building resilient and thriving communities.

As a Lecturer at Lira University, Dr. Adyango plays a vital role in training and mentoring the next generation of health professionals. Through teaching, research, and community engagement, she continues to contribute to the advancement of evidence-based healthcare and public health practice in Uganda.
