John Ocaga is a respected educator with more than 35 years of experience in Uganda's education sector. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served learners, teachers, and schools across rural, peri-urban, and underserved communities, contributing significantly to the advancement of quality education and learner achievement.

His extensive experience spans classroom teaching, school leadership, curriculum design & implementation, learner assessment, and educational quality improvement. He is particularly passionate about expanding educational opportunities for vulnerable learners and strengthening community participation in education.

As a Senior Examiner with the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB), John has played an important role in supporting national assessment processes and promoting academic standards. His experience in curriculum development and educational evaluation has enabled him to contribute valuable insights into learner-centered education and effective teaching practices.
